Smart technology with self-aligning aligning machines enabling us to be print ready with no wastage on print or packaging materials.
Where possible, equipment at RollsPack works on an energy reduction program, recycling heat generated by our machines.
Installation of solar panels to make our warehouse 100% energy efficient. On weekends, all generated power is sold back to the grid.
Flexographic printing uses low viscosity inks that enable faster drying and faster output thus lowering energy consumption and production costs.
Our satchels are returned for recycling and used as filler in heavier plastics for children’s playground equipment.
