Provided that we hold stock of the product ordered RollsPack® will dispatch the product within 3 working days of receipt of the order. If the product is not in stock we will contact you within 24 hours of receipt of the order to discuss available options.
We deliver goods Australia wide using Australia Post or a recognised parcel freight company.

Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product. Total cost of the goods offered includes all appropriate shipping/handling charges and taxes. All prices displayed on this website include shipping costs up to a maximum weight of 15kg. For overseas deliveries, or deliveries in excess of 15kg we will contact you prior to processing the order to advise of shipping costs.

With prior arrangement you may organise you own shipping for product to be collected from our plant in Braeside Victoria.

Returns & Refunds

Rollspack® Pty. Ltd.

Rollspack® Pty. Ltd. is an organisation bound by the National Privacy Principles which are contained with the Privacy Act 1988.

If you are an end user customer and wish to return a product that you have directly purchased from Rollspack® Pty. Ltd, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund, provided the products are returned to Rollspack within 15 days of the date of Rollspack’s invoice.
This policy is in addition to any rights that you may have under the Australian Consumer Law and other relevant legislation.

To return products, please contact Rollspack® to receive a Credit Return Authorisation Number.

To help us deal with your return as quickly as possible, please provide us with your customer order details that is included in your Rollspack invoice and return the products to Rollspack in their original packaging within five days of the date that Rollspack issues the Credit Return Authorisation Number. Returned products must be received by Rollspack in as new or as shipped by Rollspack condition. Your refund or credit will not include any shipping and handling charges forming part of the purchase price, nor the cost of shipping the products back to RollsPack®. If you are an organisation that bought the products under a written agreement with Rollspack, the agreement may contain different terms for the return of products than specified by this policy.
