RollsPack® is a proud distributor of EnvoPak products. Through its Envoseal and Envopak brands, we have been supplying our innovative range of products, including cash bags, key wallets and multi application security seals to industry for many years.

In the 1950’s, Envopak was the inventor of the patented Envopak® and Envopolyseal system. In the 21st century, they have developed a revolutionary range of re-usable security seals which can be applied to a wide array of products. Whether you are looking to security seal packages, sensitive documents or larger goods in transit; no matter what the application we have a solution for your requirements.

What is an EnvoPak?

Envopaks are re-usable carriers with an integral security chamber. A consumable seal is placed in the chamber for each journey to provide tamper evident protection. Originally developed in 1958, the Envopak was designed as a cost effective alternative to single use paper envelopes for the two-way transmission of mail. The environmental and cost benefits associated with using these traditional mailing Envopaks are as applicable today as they were 50 years ago.

Over the years the product has expanded from the mailroom environment into a variety of other applications. For example Envopak cash bags are used extensively by the banking and retail sector for handling cash and Envopak key wallets conform to British Standard BS 7499 Part 1 for key control. With an ever increasing requirement for audit trails and tamper evident protection, we have also seen the usage of Envopaks spread into the healthcare and cash in transit sectors.

EnvoPak Sigma Seal

Sigma Seal is used to secure cases, catering trolleys, curtain buckles, distribution/tote boxes, roll cages and tanker valves. The simple pull up design allows for speedy application and features large clear numbers for easy identiﬁcation. The tear-line allows for removal by hand and has a T shaped chamber to prevent reverse feeding. The Sigma Seal has a pull strength of 90 newtons and is designed to fit an aperture size of 3mm x 3.1mm.
